Returns and Refunds
Piper & Bruce products are digital products supplied electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
Digital downloads and cancellation
Where you choose to receive your digital product immediately, before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the supply of the digital content has begun.
Once the digital content has been supplied following that consent and acknowledgement, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
Problems with your download
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement download or otherwise resolve the issue.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If digital content you purchase from Piper & Bruce is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate.
